A Gift From the Heart!

I give you a new commandment
John 13:34 (NRSV)

Definition:
to give something to someone of one's own accord to give one something, to his advantage
to bestow a gift.

He gives us a gift....a blessing....a new commandment. Now a command from Christ is still an order, a charge, a precept, an injunction, but it is also a gift. It is from Him...... "I" give you.

This is a blessing from Him to us. Now the question is this, will we act on it? Will we see it as a gift or an infringement on our rights?

My suggestion is to use the gift. Put it into action today. Do Something with it.
