Making Room and Having Reverence!

Something to consider.......

Eph 4:27 (NRSV) "do not make room for the devil."

I'm either making room for Satan in my life or I am not. The way to check is to consider the context of Ephesians 4:27. Things like what I do with my anger, etc.

Be subject to one another out of reverence for Christ. Eph 5:21 (NRSV)

I'm either demonstrating a reverence for Christ in my life or I am not. The way to check is to consider the context of Ephesians 5:21. The health of the relationship hinges on our reverence for Christ. We will be able to live out our "one another" relationships only if we put Christ first. When we place self at the top.....relationships begin to come unraveled and Satan has his room to work.

Don't give the devil any room in your life by having reverence for Christ.
