The past two postings have been disturbing my life in a good way. I need to have my "norm" visited by God and that's what's going on here. I need a new list. I'm making a new list. I'm making this a reality in my life. The wrongs list has become the forgiveness list in keeping with Col 3:13-14
"Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."
When I'm done forgiving (as prescribed in Luke 11:4) my new list is "What I Like About You".
I'm starting with my family. They need me to have such a list. I need me to have this list. An active running list that makes the former "wrongs list" look Satanic in nature. That's right, the "wrongs list" helps the enemy gain footholds in our relationships and it destroys the fellowship that love desires.
I've already started this list and I'm going to make copies for each member in my family so they know what I like about them.....wow, what a great day this is shaping up to be!
